In our mastermind sessions, you'll have the opportunity to bring your most pressing questions and celebrate your wins. Each session is designed to help you gain clarity, uncover new opportunities, and refine your strategy—while staying focused on what's working for you. Our key topics are marketing, recruiting, and we usually dip into some leadership too.
Then, we learn.
Together, we’ll talk about your audiences (clients and future talent) to learn how to best portray YOUR brand, then I’ll share ideas, suggestions, and best practices that are working for salons large and small across the country.
Lastly, we commit to action.
Each call ends with a clear commitment for the month ahead, because without focus, progress stalls. We can't track what hasn't been committed to. As your salon accountability coach, I'm here to help you stay on track and grow your salon. We also invite you to bring a second team member the call at no extra charge. JEN BAUDIER
I’ve been in the beauty industry since the 8th grade—starting as a shampoo girl, then becoming a stylist, and eventually opening my own salon. Over the course of 14 years, I grew my salon into a thriving 7-figure business with a 15-20% profit margin, ultimately selling it for a profit in 2023.
For the past five years, I’ve shared my expertise in salon ownership and leadership with hundreds of salons through PIP University. My secret power? Numbers. I’m passionate about building profits and can break down financials into simple, actionable steps that anyone can understand. (My accountant says I’m the only person who actually enjoys P&Ls!)
My coaching style is direct and results-driven, with a focus on getting things done.
